The Brownsville Society for the Performing

Seventh Annual Latin Jazz Festival!
Inaugurated in 1997 by the late-great King of Latin Jazz, Tito Puente,
the
Brownsville Latin Jazz Festival has truly become an important event
in South
Texas' cultural calendar as well as an internationally recognized
music festival
drawing bona-fide Latin Jazz performers and aficionados.
We hope you'll enjoy the Brownsville Latin
Jazz Festival! It is going to be
the biggest and the best thus far. Please be

The BSPA and
CINESOL
Latino Film Festival have joined forces once more to present another film that
will surely entertain and possibly educate us on the subject of Latin Jazz.
The place is the Capitol Theatre, of course, on the corner of 11th and Levee
Streets in
beautiful Historic Downtown Brownsville and the film
is
Jane Bunnett's
critically acclaimed film:
